Sharon Pask
Workplace Lead

Sharon is an experienced and commercially astute executive and board leader with deep expertise in workplace gender equality, inclusion and culture change, built over decades of leading in traditionally male‑dominated industries.
As Workplace Lead at the Our Watch Institute she brings a rare combination of senior financial leadership, governance capability and practical change management to help organisations strengthen respectful, inclusive workplaces and drive sustained behavioural and cultural shift.
Sharon previously served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for the Driveco Group, where she led governance, compliance and strategic projects including acquisitions and disposals.
Her leadership is recognised across industry: she was the first woman appointed to the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce Executive Board and served on its Finance and Audit Committee. She has chaired Women in Automotive and the Victorian Automobile Dealers Association, alongside board and advisory roles including WIRE.
Sharon has deep expertise in embedding evidence‑based workplace strategies that address the drivers of gender inequality and prevent gender‑based violence. Her work as a qualified financial counsellor supporting women fleeing domestic violence grounds her prevention leadership in real‑world insight and impact.
"Leaders need to actively and visibly model equality and respect. They create and sustain the culture, which means they play a crucial role in embedding gender equality and creating a workplace environment where inappropriate behaviour cannot occur."
