Alice is a primary prevention specialist with over 10 years’ experience in partnership development, capacity building, policy and facilitation. 

She has applied this expertise across local, state, and national settings, including sports clubs, local government and corporate workplaces. 

Alice has a proven ability to translate complex psycho-social theory into accessible learning solutions, drawing on her extensive knowledge of sexual harassment prevention, workplace gender equality, and positive duty requirements. She is passionate about supporting organisations to transform their workplaces across the full inclusion journey, from awareness and compliance to integration and sustainability. 

She has worked with diverse groups across Queensland, Northern Territory and Victoria, where she now calls home. With strong networks across the primary prevention sector, Alice enjoys connecting with organisations and individuals committed to advancing gender equality. 

Alice is known for her authenticity, care and professionalism and enjoys creating inclusive and engaging learning environments. At the Our Watch Institute, she applies her expertise to support workplaces in embedding primary prevention strategies, helping organisations foster safer, more respectful cultures and advance the prevention of gender-based violence.

  • Extensive knowledge and application of Gender Equality Act 2020 and Sex Discrimination Act 1984.
