Client Engagement Coordinator

Bridget is an experienced executive support and administration professional with more than a decade of experience across the finance, healthcare and professional services sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.
She has supported senior leaders in both private equity and not-for-profit environments, providing operational and executive assistance.
Recognised for her strong organisational skills and proactive, solutions-focused approach, Bridget coordinates complex workflows, streamlines internal processes, and builds trusted relationships with clients. She holds degrees in Music Theatre from Federation University and Japanese from Monash University, bringing strong communication skills, creativity and attention to detail to her role.
At the Our Watch Institute, Bridget applies her expertise across executive support, HR, and internal communications to create an organised, efficient environment that allows the team to focus on advancing primary prevention of gender-based violence.
