Meet our team

Cara Gleeson

Cara has nearly 15 years’ experience leading preventing violence against women, gender equality and women’s rights initiatives in Australia and internationally.

As the Director of the Our Watch Institute, Cara oversees our specialist teams to support and inspire workplaces to end violence against women.

She is a creative, pragmatic and optimistic change leader with extensive experience including several non-executive director and advisory roles.

Sharon Pask

Sharon is an experienced CFO, board member and expert in diversity, inclusion and change management.

Sharon was the first woman member of the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce Executive Board after decades of experience in the automotive industry.

She is a commercially astute leader and has produced significant financial growth for businesses by championing inclusion and gender equality in typically male-dominated industries.

Our Watch has established the Institute with financial support from our founding partner,  Goodman Foundation .

Revenue generated by the Our Watch Institute will allow our work with businesses to be sustainable and self-sufficient. This means other donations and government funding to Our Watch will continue to be dedicated to research, innovation and public policy work.
