Imogen is an established senior executive and organisational leader with over a decade of experience driving growth, partnerships and systems-change initiatives across the social impact, commercial, arts and community sectors.
She brings deep expertise in strategy, governance, organisational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement and business sustainability.
Imogen has previously held executive and CEO roles guiding organisations through periods of growth, transformation and complexity. She has served as CEO of Common Ground Project, General Manager at The Man Cave, and CEO of the Human Rights Arts & Film Festival. Across these roles, she led strategy, governance, financial stewardship, organisational development, stakeholder engagement and revenue growth, while working closely with Boards, government, philanthropy and corporate partners to strengthen impact and long-term sustainability. Known for her people-centred leadership approach, Imogen has built and led multidisciplinary teams through growth, change and increasing organisational maturity.
At the Our Watch Institute, Imogen leads business operations, organisational planning and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen capability and support the delivery of evidence-based violence prevention programs. She is passionate about building high-performing organisations where people, systems and strategy work together to create meaningful and lasting social change.
